This year our Christmas Party will be held, like last year, at the Bowling Alley in Colomiers.

The party is free for members and their family. Reserve quickly as places are limited! Our reservation deadline is Thursday, 3 December.

Here are some event details:

What
* The party will consist of bowling and a light buffet of sweets and canapés in one of the side rooms, with a Sangria Punch for adults and soft drinks for the kids.
* The first game is included in the price given above, but any further games you must pay individually. The rental of bowling shoes is included in that price.
* There will be a 20 euro gift certificate for the children to purchase whatever game/toy they wish at the Maxi Toys Store (in Colomiers, near the Bowling Alley). This offer is for reserved for "children" in primary or secondary school education.
* We are thankful to David Sargent who has compiled some Christmas Carols to enhance the Christmas Cheer. And, of course, there will be some Christmas decorations.

Where
The party will take place at the bowling alley of Le Trio in Colomier, in the same zone as the Leroy Merlin store. The reception will be held in a side room, hopefully near the entrance where you will be asked to sign-in. The Bowling Alley's address is:

When
The party will held on Sunday, December 6th, from 1500 hrs. The festivities will begin in the Side Room at 1700hrs and will last as long as does the Christmas Cheer!

Reservations
* Send your reservations by return email, indicating clearly the number of adults and children attending, to president(a)americansintoulouse.com (insert at-sign). No children attending without parents, please.
* Guests (Non-AIT I/C members) will reserve by email and send their prepayment checks to:
